Farmers markets 2007

Addison Locally grown produce will be available from 7:30 a.m. to noon Sundays through the end of October at village hall, Lake Street and Kennedy Drive.

The market also will be open 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays during the summer concert series, July 3 through Aug. 7. The Tuesday market will be at Lake Street and Army Trail Road. (630) 543-7553.

Arlington Heights Find fresh produce from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturdays, June 16 to Oct. 20, between Arlington Heights Road and Evergreen Avenue, adjacent to North School Park. (847) 368-5104.

Aurora - Wednesdays Vendors will sell produce from 2 to 6 p.m. Wednesdays, July 11 to Aug. 29, outside the Westminster Presbyterian Church, between Galena Boulevard and Edgelawn Drive. (630) 844-3640.

Barrington Shoppers can purchase fresh produce, jambalaya, pasta, honey, sweet breads, flowers and more from 2 to 7 p.m. Thursdays, June 28 through Oct. 18. Libertyville Walk along Chuch Street between Milwaukee and Brainerd avenues in Cook Park for fresh produce, meat, plants cheeses and more. Mainstreet Libertyville's farmers market run from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursdays, June 21 through Oct. 18, and will begin with a traditional cutting of a watermelon by the mayor. (847) 680-0336.
